Sample of Magnetic Beads in Digital Liquid buffer for separation, concentration and purification experiments on OpenDrop with Magnets. Magnetic beads with concentration of 50mg / ml, suspended in a water based, surface tension adjusted solution to allow easy insertion into the reservoirs, quick movement and clean split.
Ingredients:
- 200ul Magnetic Beads in clear Digital Liquid buffer
- Bead concentration 50mg / ml
Mixer/vortex for homogenization of the beads and sample mixture before use.
